http://www.mg-jewellery.com is offered to users in its current form and assumes no responsibility for the reliability of its operation, access conditions, provision of instructions and other parameters.
http://www.mg-jewellery.com assumes no responsibility for damages arising due to lack of access to the website for technical reasons.
Registration
Registration in the system is not mandatory to make a purchase in our store. Before submitting your order, there is a step where all the necessary data for us to make the delivery must be filled in correctly.
Registering an account in our online store will allow you to shop more quickly and easily, track the history of your orders, and receive additional information and news about us if you wish.
http://www.mg-jewellery.com reserves the right to change prices, payment methods, delivery terms and design without prior notice.
In order to provide its services, http://www.mg-jewellery.com collects, processes, stores and uses your data /Region, City, Postal Code, Delivery and correspondence address, Contact telephone, Current e-mail and other necessary data/ solely for the purpose of correctly delivering your order. Personal data for fulfilling an order is entered by the user with their explicit consent, given during registration as a user on the website and upon confirmation of a one-time order.
MG-jewellery.com undertakes not to provide your personal data to other persons, except for the courier company carrying out the delivery, for the purpose of correctly completing your order, and except in cases where this is required by the competent authorities in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.
Returning Goods
Purchased goods may be returned within 7 /seven/ working days after receipt by the buyer, provided that the goods have not been used, the integrity of the packaging has not been compromised and the goods are in their original commercial condition.
Upon receiving your shipment, open it and check its contents for damaged packaging and to ensure that the goods correspond to your order. You have the right to refuse receipt of the shipment in the following cases:
♦ the packaging or integrity of the product has been compromised during transportation
♦ the contents of the shipment visibly do not correspond to the goods you ordered and this can easily be established
If there is no clear reason for returning the goods, the return courier service shall be at the buyer's expense.
♦ CLAIMS
Under the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to make claims in the event of:
– missing items;
– defects in the goods discovered upon receipt;
– non-conformity with the advertised description
Claims are not accepted for:
♦ Defects caused by dropping or careless handling of the jewelry.
♦ Wear of the gold, silver or rhodium coating on the steel.
♦ Breakage of cord or silicone cord on bracelets and necklaces.
♦ Incorrectly provided wrist size information. If the customer wishes to have the size adjusted, the courier service shall be entirely at their expense.
♦ HOW TO ORDER?
To avoid possible errors when submitting your order, we recommend placing your orders through our online store system. You can order the desired items directly through the system as a registered user or via a one-time order if you do not wish to register. To place an order:
- Select the item you want. When ordering a bracelet, you must select the size from the drop-down menu located to the right of the main image of the item
- Add the selected item(s) to the shopping cart using the „ORDER“ button
- Make sure you have selected the correct quantity and size using the „DETAILS“ button in your shopping cart
- If you want to remove a selected item or cancel the order, press the red „x“ button in the shopping cart, located next to the quantity of items in the cart. To check your order, press „DETAILS“
- To place your order, press „PAYMENT“
- If you are a registered user, make sure that all recipient and delivery address details are up to date. If you are not a registered user and do not wish to register on the website www.mg-jewellery.com, select „ONE-TIME ORDER“, then complete all required fields marked with the sign “ * „
- If you require a tax invoice, enter the company's correct details in the notes field: Name, Address, MOL, UIC.
- To continue, press the „CONTINUE“ button
- A new window opens with the contents of your order, product details, value and total value excluding delivery, as well as the contact and delivery address details you entered.
- The delivery method is the Econt Express courier service and is automatically selected by the system. If you wish to use another delivery method, enter your instructions in the comments and recommendations field
- The payment method is cash on delivery and is automatically selected by the system
- After verifying that your details are correct, confirm your order using the„ORDER CONFIRMATION“button
♦ ORDER CONFIRMATION AND FULFILLMENT
After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being processed. Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with order details and delivery information, or one of our employees will contact you at the telephone number provided on a working day from Monday to Saturday /between 10:00 – 18:00 during the week and between 10:00 – 14:00 on Saturday/.
If the item you ordered is unavailable or requires more time to be delivered, we will notify you promptly!
Receiving an e-mail informing you of a change in your order status to „shipped“ means that your order has been sent and you can expect delivery within 24 hours.
Orders are fulfilled within 1-5 /one to five/ working days after confirmation of the order. An order placed after 17:00 or on a non-working day will be processed on the next working day.
